In recent years, enterprises in both Taiwan and Japan have increasingly faced critical challenges related to succession, transformation, and growth, leading to a rising demand for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services. With the invitation and support of financial and industry leaders from both Taiwan and Japan, founder Daniel CHANG has dedicated himself to facilitating the development and industrial upgrading of Taiwanese and Japanese enterprises. Together with co-founder Miyuki TSUGE, he established the Taiwan-Japan M&A Center.

Founder Daniel CHANG brings 30 years of international finance expertise, having worked across three major Asian financial centers — Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore. His career spans four leading international financial institutions: Nomura Securities of Japan, Lombard Odier of Switzerland, Barclays Bank of the United Kingdom, and BNP Paribas of France, where he led core functions including investment banking, corporate finance, and wealth management. His experience across diverse markets and cultures has endowed him with a rare cross-border perspective and extensive hands-on expertise. Co-founder Miyuki TSUGE possesses an extensive and well-established network within the financial and business communities of both Taiwan and Japan. Long committed to fostering business exchange and cooperation between the two countries, she is adept at integrating resources across both markets to help enterprises build transnational partnership opportunities. Director Ching-Tsun LIU brings a wealth of experience in financial regulation and market practice, having served at institutions including the SEC and major securities firms. He also serves as a board director at several listed companies, with deep expertise in capital market operations and corporate governance.
