Three decades at the forefront of international finance, bringing expertise, relationships and trust to Taiwan–Japan cross-border M&A
Companies in Taiwan and Japan face pivotal challenges in succession, transformation and growth, and a growing number are turning to M&A to address them. At the invitation and with the support of financial and industry leaders in both countries, founder Daniel CHANG, who had already built a 30-year career in international finance, established the Taiwan-Japan M&A Center together with co-founder Miyuki TSUGE. The Center has served as a bridge between the capital and industries of the two countries, helping companies achieve their strategic goals through M&A.
